San Francisco Bay Area horn-driven soul/blues powerhouse founded in 2007 by guitarist-songwriter Anthony Paule, originally assembled to back Philadelphia soul singer Frank Bey at Biscuits and Blues. Now fronted by vocalist Willy Jordan (formerly of Elvin Bishop's Big Fun Trio, worked with John Lee Hooker), following predecessors Wee Willie Walker, Frank Bey, and Terrie Odabi in the vocalist chair. Nineteen Blues Music Award nominations and seven albums released; regional touring act, not Sacramento-based but active on the wider NorCal blues circuit (Blue Note Napa, Lesher Center, Biscuits and Blues). Member band of the Sacramento Blues Society.
