Sac Setlist is a music media platform serving the Sacramento, California music community. Our Service includes event listings, venue directories, artist profiles, editorial content, newsletter distribution, and community tools. Features may change as we develop the platform.

The Sac Setlist name, logo, and “Loud & Local” tagline are trademarks of Sac Setlist Media. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

• You consent to receive emails from Sac Setlist about events, artists, venues, and Sacramento music news
• You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email

EVENT LISTINGS, VENUE INFORMATION, AND OTHER CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES. VERIFY DETAILS WITH VENUES AND EVENT ORGANIZERS DIRECTLY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, SAC SETLIST MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sac Setlist Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
