Bay Area-based singer-songwriter Megan Slankard (b. 1983, Tracy, CA) has independently moved 50,000+ copies of six self-released albums fronting Megan Slankard & The Wreckage. Pre-pandemic she logged 100–150 dates a year — including a 30-date cross-country tour with Toad the Wet Sprocket and a 50-show Guitar Center / BOSE run — and has shared stages with Pat Monahan, Train, Darius Rucker, Lukas Nelson, and Macklemore. Songwriting honors include finalist placements at the International Songwriting Competition and Unsigned Only.
