Tornadic · Tune In
Tornadic is a Southern California metal band that bills itself as "the heaviest boyband," coining the tongue-in-cheek subgenre "boycore" — a blend of deathcore and metal with boy-band aesthetics. The lineup is Dylan Castiglione (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), Andres Vaca (lead guitar), Emilio Berber (bass), and Drake Tyler (drums). Active since roughly 2019, the band has toured across SoCal and the Southwest, playing rooms such as Chain Reaction, House of Blues Anaheim, Whisky a Go Go, and Che Cafe. Their 2025 EP MADGOD followed earlier releases including VACATION (2024). They appeared in Sacramento at Old Ironsides on June 25 as a touring act.
