About

Bonnie Raitt is an American singer-songwriter and slide guitarist whose 50+ year career has spanned blues, folk, R&B, country, and pop. The daughter of Broadway musical star John Raitt, she released her self-titled debut in 1971 and broke through commercially with 1989's Nick of Time, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year. A 13-time Grammy winner — including a 2023 Song of the Year for "Just Like That" — Raitt was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 and has been ranked by Rolling Stone among the 100 Greatest Guitarists and 100 Greatest Singers of all time. Her 2026 tour features singer-songwriter Maia Sharp as direct support.

Grammy-winning blues legend Bonnie Raitt brings her Live 2026 Tour to Sacramento. Both June 5 and 6 dates sold out.

Channel 24 opened on April 24, 2025, as Another Planet Entertainment's first venue built from the ground up. Located in a former electric supply warehouse at 1800 24th Street, the 2,150-capacity venue fills a critical gap in Sacramento's live music infrastructure - twice the size of Ace of Spades. The name has multiple meanings: "Channel" references both electrical terminology (honoring the building's past) and Sacramento's rivers; "24" marks both the street address and the 24-channel mixing board standard in music production. Opening night featured Tucker Wetmore, with Sacramento native Tycho performing the second show. In March 2026, CAKE (Sacramento's hometown heroes) christened the venue with three consecutive sold-out nights - their first Sacramento shows since 2019. Channel 24 joins APE's prestigious roster including Outside Lands, Greek Theatre, Fox Theater Oakland, and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.
