“BRAT is a New Orleans deathgrind/hardcore quartet formed in 2021, self-styled "barbiegrind / bimboviolence" — high-velocity grind played with explicit pop-cultural attitude and an outsider-inclusive ethos. They've shared stages with Eyehategod, Cro-Mags, ACxDC, and No/Mas, and signed to Prosthetic Records for their 2024 debut LP "Social Grace." The "Social Grace" video — a three-minute spoof of classic murder-mystery tropes — turned a stylized parlor scene into pointed environmental commentary on the wealthy's grip on the planet. A Summer 2026 European tour follows the spring U.S. run.”
