“DJ Bryan Hawk is a Sacramento-based DJ and nightlife fixture, active in the city's goth, new wave, industrial, and EBM underground since the early 2000s. A veteran of venues including Club Asylum, Holy Diver, The Rage, and The Press Club, Hawk built his name spinning a signature blend of retro-80s new wave, darkwave, gothic, and EBM that became a cornerstone of Sacramento's alternative nightlife. His long-running Press Club residency draws a loyal crowd from the city's alternative and post-punk communities, and he co-founded The Underground, a monthly club night in Old Sacramento dedicated to goth and industrial sounds.”
