“MASTER BOOT RECORD is the solo synth-metal / chiptune project of Italian producer Victor Love, who emerged from Rome's bulletin board system scene in 2016 like an 8-bit ghost. Signed to Metal Blade Records, the project fuses thrash and black metal with chiptune, demoscene, video-game music, and classical/symphonic structures — twin guitars and live drums riding a backing track of synthetic 8-bit layers. The 2026 North American headlining tour follows recent albums Floppy Disk Overdrive (2020), Personal Computer (2022), Hardwarez (2024), and Realtime Execution (April 2026).”
