“Seaside Massacre is a metalcore five-piece based out of the greater Sacramento Valley (Yuba City, CA), formed in 2019. Built around vocalist Don Turner with Jake Madden, Rex Smith, Tristan Barnhart, and bassist Dillan Barnec (added in 2023), the band trades in the kind of pit-friendly, hooky metalcore that draws comparisons to Hatebreed, Chimaira, and August Burns Red while staying accessible enough to pull in fans on either side of the heavy/melodic line. After a steady run of West Coast shows, the band issued the singles "Old Death, a New Grave" and "The Bay" in 2023, followed by their debut EP Shells and the Summer's Over tour in 2024.”
