“Synth Trips is the Library of MusicLandria's first-Saturday-of-the-month residency for Sacramento's modular synth community — built around ambient and experimental modular performances, with each set followed by a show-and-tell Q&A so the audience can dig into the rigs and patches. Sets are intimate and instrument-focused: ambient modular synthesists perform live, then walk the room through what they're doing. The June 6 edition opens with a soup-and-bread social at 6pm before performances begin, hosted in MusicLandria's main library space. The series is part of MusicLandria's broader work as the largest musical instrument library in the United States and Sacramento's hands-on hub for instrument access and creative music community.”
MusicLandria hosts weekly Synth Trips electronic music events on Fridays and Saturdays in June, featuring rotating local artists.
