American folk-pop singer-songwriter born March 19, 1975 in Honolulu, Hawaii and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Self-produced his debut album in 1997 on a four-track. His contemporary take on classic folk earned him a star on the First Avenue mural in Minneapolis. Signed with Glacial Pace (Epic) in 2005 and Jack Johnson's Brushfire Records in 2008. Released Magnifier in 2025.
